Potato & Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2 large baby potatos1 medium tomato1/2 red onion2 tbsp hellmans extra light mayonnaisetsp black pepper
Directions
1. Boil the potatos for about 10-15 mins, leave to cool then cut approx 1/4 inch slices into slices
2. Chop tomato and onion roughly but not too big
3. Mix all ingrediants in a bowl and refrigerate.
