Zucchini in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
Hunt's Stewed Tomatoes, 1 14 oz canHunt's Tomato Paste, no salt added, 1 small canZucchini, approx. 8 cups sliced (about 4 large)Garlic Salt, 1/2 TBSPOnion, 1 large, chopped coarselyButter, salted, 1/4 stick
Put quarter stick of butter in bottom of 8 quart pot. Add sliced zucchini, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion and garlic salt, stir. Cook covered on medium heat until soft, stirring occasionally (approx. 60-80 minutes). If any excess liquid, remove cover for last 5 minutes and cook down.
Option: This also tastes good with grated chedder on top, have not tried any other cheese as yet.
