Whole Grain Lasagna

Ingredients
12 oz Ground Turkey, breast1 cup Onion, chopped3 tsp. Garlic, minced2 cups Ragu Spaghetti Sauce1 pkg. Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles2 cups Mozzarella Cheese15 oz. Ricotta Cheese, part skim
Directions
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
Brown turkey, with onion and garlic until no longer pink. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce, and heat through.
Measure ricotta and mozarella and set aside.

Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan with olive oil spray. Place 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce mixture in the bottom of the pan. Then add a single layer of noodles. Top noodles with 1/3 of the ricotta cheese and spread it out down the length of the noodle. This does not need to be perfect! Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella. Repeat process with the last layer getting no ricotta, and only mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until heated through.
