Celery - 1 stalkcarrot - 1green beans - 4brussel sprouts - 4onion - 1 smallbroccoli - 1 stalkcabbage - 1 large leafGreen/Bell Pepper - one small halfFresh Ginger - 1 small slicecilantro - 1 tbspfresh mint - 1 tbspsalt - 1 tspblack pepper - 1 tbspbay leaf - 1 medium sized water - 5 cups
Directions
Chop all vegetables. Place everything in a large soup pot, add water and simmer for 45 minutes.
