PEACH JAM WITH LIME

Ingredients
3.5 CUPS OF FINELY CHOPPED PEACHES1 T lime juice or lemon1-3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice or white grape 1/2 c. sugar or more if desired
Directions
Gradually ad no sugar needed fruit pectin into fruit juice and lemon or lime juice until dissolved.
Bring to a full rolling boil. Stirring constantly, boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add prepared fruit into hot pectin mixture. Stir vigorously for 1 minute.
Stir in sugar, splenda or honey as desired.
Yield 5 half pints.
