fruit smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries1/2 banana1 cup fat free plain yogurt1 tsp vanilla extract1% milk, just a splash6 ice cubes2-3 packs Splenda
Directions
place all ingredients into blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.
Pour into tall glass, garnish with dollop light whipped cream.
You can substitute mixed berries or peaches
Makes 1 large serving or 2 small servings
