Cheesecake without the Cream Cheese

Pie crust, graham cracker, 1 pie shell (9" dia)Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large*Egg white, 2 serving*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .125 cup Honey, .33 cup
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Put cottage cheese and sour cream into blender and blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth. Pour into prepared pie shell and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until mostly set but the centre still 'jiggles'.
Cool completely and then cover and chill for at least 5 hours. Serve plain or add whatever topping you prefer.
