Ingredients
beets (canned), 3.5 cup =2 cans (15 oz)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 96 tsp =2 cupWhite Vinegar, 1 cupCinnamon, ground, .50 tspCourse chopped onion
Directions
Add enough water to beet liquid to measure 2 cups. Heat liquid mixture, sugar, vinegar, and cinnamon to boiling. Pour over beets and copped onion. Cover and refrgerate at least 12 hours for full flavor. 4 servings (3/4 cup each)
