Caribbean Style Smoked Herring

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, Garlic, 1 clove Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Ketchup, Heinz or Tomato Paste, 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspMerex Smoked Herring, Boiled, 227 gram(s) Water 0.5 cup
Directions
Boil the Herring in water until tender. Flake, and set aside. Heat the Oil in a large skillet and saute the garlic, onions, tomatoes and peppers. Add Herring, tomato paste. Stir in water. and simmer until tender.
