Tuna & White bean Salad

Ingredients
2 15oz. cans white or great northern beans1 can tuna in water1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped red onion1 tsp more or less rosemary - to taste1 Tbsp. lemon juice2 c. fresh spinach or arugula - chopped3 whole wheat pitas - halved1 sm. cucumber, pared and chopped1 Tbsp. light ranch dressing
Directions
Use potato masher or spoon to mash 1 can of the beans. Stir in other can whole.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well - adjust lemon juice and rosemary to taste. Chill.
Serve in a 1/2 pita with cucumber and ranch dressing.
Also works well as a dip with crackers or pita chips.
