veggie and bean burrito

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla 1/2 cup black beans 1 cup fresh spinach 1 cup sauteed mushrooms 1/4 cup onions,diced 3 tbs salsa verde 1 0z reduced fat cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees.spray pan with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat.add mushrooms and onions to pan and cook until veggies are tender.add spinach and beans to mixture and cook until spinach is wilted.place mixture into tortilla and fold into a burrito.top with cheese and salsa and bake for 10 minutes
