Ingredients
4 cups white rice1 15 oz can of sweet corn1.5 cups salsa ( any kind works).25 Cup Cilantro
Directions
Cook rice, then add all the ingredients, stir together and serve. I add salt and pepper if needed. makes 6 1 cup servings.
