Basil Lemon Pesto (1/4 cup)

Ingredients
3 c. basil, loosely packed½ c. pinenuts, lightly toasted2 large cloves of garlic1/3-1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil (drizzle this in while you’re grinding) Add to mixture:Zest of one lemonJuice of ½ a lemon1/4 tsp. kosher salt
Directions
Grind basil, pinenuts, garlic and olive oil in food processor.

Add the zest of lemon, juice of lemon and salt.
