Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of red potatos1/3 cup olive oil1 packet onion soup mix
Directions
Makes about 8 servings
Shake cleaned and quartered potatos in a bag with onion soup mix and olive oil.

Bake at 450 degrees for about 40 minutes.

    This is a great recipe we use frequently, had it last night. There is a recipe posted for onion soup mix that has less sodium, that sounds very easy to make that would make this just a little healthier. Want to try it when I remember. - 8/12/08
