Open Faced Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 slices of diet wheat bread per person1 slice of cheese per slice of breadsliced tomato3 half strips of bacon on each samdwichsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place bread on broiler tray.

Put 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread.

Top with slices of tomato and season with salt and pepper.

Cut slices of bacon in half and layer 3 half strip over the top of each sandwich.

Put under broiler and watch carefully. After about 3 to 5 minutes turn the bacon over and return to broiler for another minute or 2.

2 open faced sandwiches makes a serving.
