Melted Turkey Bacon Egg White & Pepperjack Wrap

1 Whole Wheat (or Low Carb) Tortilla2 Turkey Bacon Slices1/2 Pepperjack Cheese Single2 Egg Whites1 tsp Vegetable Oil1 tsp Ground PepperOptional: Salsa or Hot Sauce...and a Countertop GrillClick on "Ingredient Details" for exactly what I use.
1) Heat skillet with oil, turn on countertop grill and lay out wrap flat on a regular plate. * 2) When skillet is warm, put in turkey bacon on low heat then turn once side crisps (3-5 min). Prepare egg whites and tsp of ground pepper in a bowl. * 3)When turkey bacon is cooked take out and place in the middle of the wrap. Tear the cheese single in half. Save one half slice for later and place other half slice evenly over the turkey bacon slices. * 4) Keep skillet on low and pour in egg whites. Prepare in omelet fashion. When firm, lift from pan and place over cheese and turkey bacon. Add tsp of salsa or shake of hot sauce if desired. * 5) Fold close the wrap with as little cheese sticking out as possible. Place in countertop grill for 1 minute or until grilled firmly closed * And voila... the best breakfast wrap ever. Enjoy!
