Red Beans and rice

Ingredients
6c cooked kidney beans 1 pound turkey sausage 1 large onion, chopped 4 stalks of celery chopped 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic 2 teaspoons salt 4c waterTabasco Sauce (to taste)6c Hot Cooked Brown Rice
Directions
Fry the sausage in a skillet. Set aside.

Add all ingredietns together except the rice and simmer for about 30-45 minutes.

Serve 3/4c beans and sausage over 1/2c rice.
