Meatloaf Stuffed Bread

Ingredients
1 Loaf French Bread1 Small Onion1 Can Mushrooms1 Egg2 Tbs Catsup1 Cup Shreaded Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup Beef Broth1 tsp Garlic Salt1/4 tsp Thyme1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
Directions
Chop onion, cook with mushrooms in skillet till soft.
In Large Bowl add Ground Beef, egg, catsup, 1/2 of cheese, beef broth, garlic salt, thyme,2 Cups of bread crumbs from center of bread loaf. Add the mushrooms and onion mixture to bowl and mix.
Stuff the hollowed out bread with the mixture. Wrap the loaf leaving the top exposed. Bake at 375 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and melt. Serves 5
