6 porkloin chops 1 cup watersalt & pepper to taste2 medium onions sliced2 tbsp brown sugar1/2 cup catsup
1 arrange chops in shallow baking dish
2 season and top with onions
3 sprinkle the sugar on top and spoon catchup over all
4 bake uncovered for 1 hour at 375 degrees or until done
