1. 1 cup mixed salad greens2. 1 whole avocado, w/o skin or seed3. 15 medium-sized baby carrots, raw, chopped4. 1 cup fresh mushrooms, pieces or slices5. 1 cup sliced Cheddar cheese, cut into pieces
1. Take 1 cup of mixed salad greens, and put them in a small bowl.
2. Skin avocado, slice in half, remove seed, and cut into chunks. Add to bowl.
3.Cut up baby carrots, mushrooms, and Cheddar cheese. Add to bowl. Mix everything together.
