Ingredients
1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans1 cup onions, 1 c green peppers1 can tomatoes, 1 sm can tomato sauce1 10z pkg of frozen mixed vegetables4 0z red wine, 2 cloves garlic, 2 clv garlic4 turkey sausages, 2 tbs olive oil 1.5 c pearl barley, 4 c chicken broth
Directions
Saute turkey sausages, cut into two inch pcs
remove from pan
Saute onion and green peppers until onions are
transparent
Add rest of ingredients
Cook at least 40 minutes
