Mamma's Banana Bread re-vamped

1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cups white flour1 t ground cinnamon3 large eggs1 t vanilla extract1 1/3 t baking soda1/4 cup (30 grams) fat-free sour cream2 cups mashed bananas1 cup no-sugar added applesaucedash of salt
Mix the sugar, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl and set aside. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with the baking soda until the baking soda is dissolved. Add to dry mixture, along with everything else but the bananas. Mix will be dry and stiff. Add the bananas and mix will be moist. Pour into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cut into 24 pieces.
