Applesauce Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancake Mix1 cup Nonfat milk2 oz. cinnamon applesauce (or plain)2 tbsp. egg substitute
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk.
2. Spoon onto pancake griddle.
3. Makes around 12 pancakes.
Serve with low-fat syrup and butter.
