Straight from Dixie, these sautéed pork cutlets melt in the mouth when glazed with honey and butter and graced with pecans. These are great served with mashed or baked sweet potatoes and a tart cabbage slaw.

A very tasty dish. Satisfies a sweet tooth and I used some of the sauce to pour over a small baked sweet potato as well. The calorie count shown seems a bit low, but I could have been using a bit larger cutlets. Even so, with steamed vegs, the meal was way under 500 calories. Thanks! - 3/11/10
