Balsamic-Marinated Flank Steak

1 1/2 lbs flank steak1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar1 T packed brown sugar1 t dried rosemarySalt and pepper
Combine vinegar, sugar, rosemary and 1 1/2 t salt i a ziplock bag. Add steak to bag, seal and turn bag several times to coat meat with marinade. Refrigerate 20 min, turning once or twice.
Preheat a gas grill to high for 20 min. Remove steak from marinade and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Discard marinade. Grill steak for 4-6 min, turn over and continue to grill 3-4 min for medium rare, depending on thickness of meat and heat of grill.
Transfer steak to cutting board and let stand 5 min before slicing and serving.
