Warm olive oil on medium high heat in 2 qt. saucepan. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic, cook and stir for 1 minute. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, sugar, black pepper basil and oregano. Bring to a low boil and then turn down to simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 6
