melon and prosciutto

Ingredients
1 ripe cantaloupe100 grams prosciutto (or shaved speck if you can't find authenitc Italian parma prosciutto)
Directions
Cut cantaloupe in half and de-seed it. Then cut into thin slices, removing the rind. Wind the prosciutto around the melon and serve. Its really that simple!

The salt in the meat will enhance the sweetness of the melon!
