Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup pineapple juice2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce1/2 tsp groung ginger1 Tbsp olive oil12 oz of tuna steaks (1 tuna steak is usually 2 servings)
Marinade tuna overnight. If you don't have time to marinade overnight, at least shoot for 8 hrs of marinading time. In a measuring cup, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger and olive oil. Pour half of this marinade into a large ziploc bag. Add tuna, seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade. Preheat oven or indoor gril or oven broiler. Remove tuna steaks from bag, discarding bag and marinade. Gril/broil tuna for about 3 minutes per side for medium, or to desired level of doneness. This tastes good with my garlicky green beans and cauliflower recipe! :)
