Tuna Cakes

Ingredients
1 can Tuna in water1 tsp. Garlic Fresh4 oz. Saltine Crackers1 small onion1 Eggdash of salt and pepper1 oz. Mozzarlla Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Then shape into 4 balls pat out to a patty. Place in nonstick skillet. Cook until golden brown on both side. Serve with veg. and fruit.
