Ingredients
1.5 lbs of skinless and boneless chicken breast1 cup of balsamic vinaigrette dressingsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. cut fat off and tenderize the chicken
2. put all ingredients in a bag or tupperware container and allow several hours to marinate
3. take out and grill
4. serve hot
