Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Peas, fresh, 2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce, 1 packet Garlic, 3 clove*Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepperBulgur, cooked, 4 cupSesame Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
in a hot deep pan, add sesame oil and onions. heat for aprox. 3 minutes. add peppers and heat for another 3 minutes. add remaining vegies and stir fry on high heat for aprox 5 min. reduce heat and cover for aprox 5-7 minutes.

on a plate, serve over the top of 1 cup of cooked bulgur, prepared with veg. broth.
