REDUCED FAT ITALIAN DRESSING

Ingredients
1 pkg Italian Dressing Mix1/2 C water2 T olive oil (Garlic infused recommended!)1 C vinegar (white recommended)1 t Splenda (or 1 packet) [add a little at a time until the dressing just "hints" at sweetness]
Directions
Mix ingredients together well & chill.
Adjust Splenda to personal taste (cuts the acidity of the vinegar).
Adjust water and vinegar on future attempts to suit personal taste.
Try & keep the oil to 2T or less as 1T=120 calories.
