Pork & Beans Slow Cooker Stew

Ingredients
1 Lb, pork tenderloin, trimmed, cubed1 can refried beans1 can pinto - or any white - beans, with liquid1 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cuminCayenne pepper to taste (1/4 tsp for wimps, 1/2 or 1 Tsp - or more - for the daring) fresh ground pepper1 C. Frozen spinach1 C. Frozen Corn
Directions
Cube pork meat, sear in hot pan to brown and seal in juices. Put meat in slow cooker.

Add pinto beans, with liquid and refried beans. Add frozen veggies.

Sprinkle with seasonings. Can also add hot sauce or additional cayenne after it's done cooking if you aren't sure how hot it will be.

Cook on low 4-6 hours, depending on speed of your cooker.
