Ginger,lemon trout with lentils

Ingredients
Lentils 100grainbow trout 2 filletsYellow tomatoes 2 or cherry tomatoesLemon juiceOlive oilFreshly grated ginger
Directions
Simmer the lentils until just cooked. They need to keep their shape, about 20 mins
Spread the grated ginger over the trout filets and fry gently in olive oil, about 10 mins.
Spread the lentils out in a serving dish add lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to taste. Place the trout filets on top and serve with sliced yellow tomatoes.
