Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla soymilk (or regular milk)1/8 cup nonfat cottage cheese1/2 cup lowfat peach yogurt1 cup frozen peach slices*Can add fruit juice if desired, not in calorie count*
Directions
Makes 1 8 oz. smoothie with a bit leftover for freezing (or for a nice treat for your kid!)

Pour milk, cottage cheese, and yogurt into blender and blend until smoothe. Add peaches and blend again until smoothe.
Enjoy!
