Spinach sauteed with pine nuts and raisins

Ingredients
1 tb olive oil9 oz fresh spinach2 cloves garlic1 tb pine nuts1 tb raisins
Directions
Heat oil to medium high in a large skillet. Add pine nuts and stir 1 minute. Add garlic and raisins and stir another minute. Add spinach and toss to coat until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 4 half-cup servings.
