Almond Milk Oatcakes

* Quick Oats Cereal, 112 grams, dry* Bob's Red Mill 10-grain Cereal, 19 grams* Almond Milk, Pacific Foods lo-fat Vanilla, 10 ounces * Better'n Eggs by ounces, 2 oz * Grapeseed Oil, 2 tsp * Whole Wheat Flour, 120 grams * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (rounded)pinch salt2 packets Splenda
In a medium bowl, combine oats, cereal and almond milk and let sit for 5 minutes to soften. Mix together and add Better'n Eggs and oil, and stir into oatmeal. Stir together dry ingredients, add to mixture, and stir until just blended.
Drop by LEVEL 1/4 cup measure into hot nonstick skillet (use non-stick spray as needed), flattening and shaping the pancakes. Cook until brown. Flip and cook other side until golden.
