Ingredients
Chicken breast (no skin) thawed or fresh2 TBS Chili Powder1 TBS. GarlicPowder1 TBS Onion Powder1 TBS. Grated Romano Cheese1 tsp. cayenne pepper1 TBS. Key Lime Juice
Directions
Preheat grill or Foreman type grill 5 mins.

Dip chicken breast in key lime juice
Mix all the spices together and coat chicken breast.

Cook on grill (Foreman) for 8 mins. (time will vary on a gas grill..I do 15 mins but check for doneness)

    My boyfriend liked how spicy it was, but it was waaay too hot for me. After just a few bites I had to throw it away because it was burning my mouth and made me sick to my stomach! The sauce helped calm the chicken a little, but if I were to make it again, I would cut out the chili and cayenne. - 1/26/10
