Turkey Joes

Ingredients
3 lbs lean ground turkey1 large red onion, diced1T Worcestershire1 28oz can tomato sauce1/3 cup brown sugar1 1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon white pepper1/2 cup + 2T ketchup1 T prepared mustard!/4 teaspoon chili powder1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
In a large pan, brown turkey. Meanwhile, spray skillet with cooking spray and saute onion until carmelized. Add the rest of the ingredients to the turkey. Add the onions to the turkey mixture and stir to combine. Continue cooking on medium heat to combine flavors. Serve on whole wheat hamberger buns.
