Ingredients
2 cups basil leaves1/8 cup olive oil3/8 cup parmesan2 garlic clovessalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place basil, parmesan, garlic salt & pepper in a small food processor and pulse until chopped. Add olive oil while running. Scrape sides and run again until well chopped and mixed. Makes 17 Tablespoons.

    Good and a lot lower than a little more traditional pesto sauces. Just be sure to wash the basil before using so as to have a little extra licquid. - 8/16/08
