Taco Dip

8 oz Cream Cheese (fat free)8 oz Sour Cream (reduced fat)1 Package Taco Seasoning2 c Shredded Cheese (cheddar, colby-jack, or Mexican blend)3 c Shredded LettuceTortilla chips and other dippersOther diced vegetables optional (tomatoes, olives, onion, bell pepper, etc.)
In a large bowl, mix sour cream, softened cream cheese, and taco seasoning. (Use a mixer or food processor to speed prep time.)
Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish or two pie plates.
Layer cheese and lettuce on top. Add other vegetables as desired.
Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips or other dippers.
Makes 16 1/4-cup servings.
