Ingredients
1 can refried beans (435g)1 can corn kernels (400g) (drained)1 can red kidney beans (400g) (drained)1 can lentils (415g) (prefer Sanitarium savoury lentils)1 jar taco sauce (250g)2-3 tomatoes, diced1 - 1 1/2 cups diced capsicum
Directions
Makes 4 huge servings or 6 smaller servings

Heat refried beans in saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until smooth. Add all ingredients. Stir until well combined. Heat until boiling.

    Modified the recipe for what I had on hand... no lentils, taco sauce or tomatoes, but a jar of salsa instead.
