goji berries - sundried 1 x tbsplemon juice - 1/2 large fresh or 1 x smallhoney - 1 x tspolive oil - 1 x tbsp substitute flax seed oil, walnut or some other oil high in omega 3 instead of the olive oil.all ingredients organic if possible. addto the honey if you want slightly sweeter
boil some clean water and pour over the goji berries. let them steep for 5mins and also let the boiling water cool a little
add honey, lemon juice and oil.
let it cool for a good few mins
then enjoy
