Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced Onions, raw, 1 small Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Garlic, 1 tspGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped *Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 3 tbsp (or the asian-ginger stir fry sauce)Brown rice
Directions
*Slice onions and green pepper,
*Add broccoli, onions, green pepper, and green beans to stir fry pan with a little olive oil (let cook about 5 mins)
*Add mushrooms, garlic (cook about 5 mins)
*Add stir-fry sauce and cook about 3 mins

Cook instant brown rice in microwave 8 mins.
