Muckali's Greek Salad

Ingredients

1 med Cucumber1 can Black Olives1 cup Cherry Tomato1 cup Goat Feta cheese2-4 sprigs Green Onion2-4 sprigs fresh OreganoDash Sea Salt
All ingredients will go into one bowl.
Half the tomatoes, and black olives lengthwise.
Peel and seed a medium cucumber, chop to peices relative in size to the black olives / tomatoes.
I prefer a solid goat feta which I cut into cubes of the same size as the other peices. Otherwise, crumble the feta.
Their should be equal portions of above 4 ingredients. Chop green onions or scallions add to your taste preference, I prefer 1/2 cup of green onion, but you may want to start with 2 TBSP.
Chop fresh oregano, MUST BE FRESH OREGANO or the whole taste/quality changes, and salt. Mix and serve.
For best flavor let flavors intermingle for at least an hour, can be served right away though.
