1 whole wheat tortilla.33 can of canned black beans drained.33 cups of colby and monery jack shredded cheese3 oz. cooked ground beef1 T taco bell spice for tacos

Brown hamburger. drain. Layer all ingredients on a whole wheat tortilla and fold over and the micro wave for about 30 seconds.
