Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 5 large whole (3" dia)Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long)Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedDill weed, dried, 3 tbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Put the sour cream, spices and Onion in a Saladbowl and mix well.
Dice the Cucumber without the seeds and cut the Tomatoe in bite size pieces and mix with the dressing. Let stand for at least one hour before serving.
