Ingredients
Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, QUAKER Puffed Wheat, 0.50 cup (1 serving) (remove)Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 0.50 cup (1 serving) (remove)Frosted Cheerios Cereal, 0.5 grams (remove)Cocoa Krispies Cereal, 0.5 cup (1 serving) (remove)Peanut Butter, smooth style, 0.25 cup (remove)Honey substitute, Sugar Free, 4 tbsp (remove)*Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup, 2 serving (remove)Almonds, 0.25 cup, sliced (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup (remove)
Directions
Spray a 9 x 13 glass dish and set aside. Heat pot over medium heat, add peanut butter, honey, and syrup and still until melted. All all other ingredients and stir to coat. Pour mixture into glass dish, spead and pat down. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
