Roasted Red Pepper Dip

1 can (28 oz) of roasted peppers, drained1/4 cup lemon juice3 Tablespoons tahini1/4 cup olive oil1 clove garlic (or to taste)Other spices/seasonings of your choosing
Directions
Drain can of peppers. Put everything in blender and blend until fairly smooth.
