Cream of Rice Cake(idli)

Cream of Rice Cereal(not cooked), 3 cup Black gram Dal, 200 gram(s) ,or 1 CUPSalt, 1 tsp (remove)
Soak the Dal for 3 hours.
Grind dal with salt and water in food processor.
In a big pan take crem of rice and mix the dal in it.
Mix it really well let it stand over night or untill it rises.
Tke 6 ramkins and spray nonfat spray and pour about 1/4 mixer of dal and cream of rice.
Steam ramkins for 15 minutes.
let it cool and then take out steamd rice cake.
You will be able to make about 60 cakes.
You can eat this with coconut sauce.
